A fourth boat has finished the
Trans-Superior 2003 Yacht Race.
Chewbacca crossed the finish line in Duluth at 6:29 this morning.
Yesterday, Earth Voyager from Rochester, N.Y. arrived in Duluth at 5:45
a.m.
Colt 45 was second at 11:58 a.m.
Stripes was third at 12:53 p.m.
However, it's a handicapped race in which boats compete in performance
classes.
Final standings are expected sometime Wednesday.
Twenty-four yachts left Gros Cap Saturday afternoon on the 580-kilometre
Sault Ste. Marie-to-Duluth race.
We expect to provide our next race update around 8:30 p.m. tonight.
